What You Will Do

• Assure processes, including equipment, fixture design, routings, programming, tooling, and standard work in support of Assembly Processes for Aircraft Brakes and Wheels, Machining, Anodize, Chemical Etch, Aluminum Conversion Coating, Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection, Waste Water Treatment, and Shot Peen.
• Continuously improve quality and productivity using the Ace Operating System for products and processes, including compliance to these processes.
• Identify and implement cost savings related to direct and indirect labor savings and expense account budgets.
• Lead activities related to compliance audits including AS9100, NADCAP, etc.
• Provide technical support as a liaison between Value Streams, Quality Assurance, EH&S and Design Engineering.
• Project and Contractor Management
• Capital Projects management
