This position will manage all Land Acquisition and Land Development operations in the Kansas City market. You will be responsible for

Leading Land Acquisition & Development operations and personnel

Overseeing due diligence, negotiations, contracts, entitlements, and approvals

Managing development budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships

Identifying, securing, and delivering lots for future communities
