Key Responsibilities of Certified Nursing Assistants :
- Providing daily routine nursing care and services in accordance with the residents' assessment and care plan such as :
- Assisting with activity of daily living (ADLs) : bathing, dressing and feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report concerns to nurse
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift
- Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to maintain current certification, such as scheduled orientation programs and activities, facility in-service training programs, etc.
Qualifications & Skills :
