Ability to read wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to perform necessary work Accurately estimate time and material requirements for repairs and replacements Perform installations of HVAC equipment. Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality service Exhibit strong customer service skills, including clear communication about services rendered and Interpret and work from specifications, schematics, and building blueprints. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks / projects. HVAC Journeyman and / or Masters license Knowledge of control systems Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience at the Journeyman level. Universal CFC Certification. Exceptional organizational skills. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience are all considered an asset. Able to work extended shifts.
