Our client, an AmLaw 100 and Vault 100 law firm, is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its rapidly-expanding practice in Wilmington, DE . This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of accomplished litigators on high-stakes matters across various industries.

Candidate Profile :

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Active Bar Admission in Delaware .

3–6 years of substantive litigation experience preferably in commercial , corporate , financial , and employment-related disputes .

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Experience handling litigation matters in state and federal courts , including motion practice , depositions , and trial preparation .

Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong advocacy skills and the ability to communicate complex legal arguments effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in commercial litigation matters i n local, state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels .

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.

Participate in discovery, including taking and defending depositions.

Develop case strategy and collaborate with senior attorneys on high-stakes litigation.

Provide counsel on regulatory and compliance issues affecting commercial clients.

Engage with clients to provide strategic advice on dispute resolution and litigation risk.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Competitive compensation : Annual salary range of $210,000-$275,000 (commensurate with experience) and opportunities to earn bonuses .
