We manage money for thousands of families and Institutional clients globally, with expertise in all major asset classes, including public equity, fixed income, alternatives, private equity, venture capital, real estate, non-performing credit and natural resources.

We offer independent business advisory and corporate financial services. We advise our family office clients on private equity, mezzanine, senior, and project debt procurement and investment, as well as buyside, sellside and going-private, hostile defense, recapitalization and restructuring transactions.

Senior Associate - Capital Formation - RIA

The Capital Formation team is focused on expanding the capital base of our Registered Investment Advisor. This role will primarily support the ongoing service and advisory efforts for many of the firm's longest-term and deepest Partner relationships in addition to sourcing new Partners to invest with the firm. This position will primarily focus on the Houston & New York market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the management of ongoing relationships with Investors as led by a senior member of the team, including portfolio advisory, investment inquiries, and liquidity maintenance.
• Monitoring existing Partner investments and growing the assets with existing Partners.
• Leveraging personal networks to identify new prospective Investors.
