Now Hiring : Keyholder-Retail Customer Service
Join our retail team as a Keyholder and play a vital role in supporting daily store operations. We’re looking for a dependable and motivated individual with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and attention to detail. Looking for Full and Part Time Associates to join our team.
Responsibilities
Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures
Act as the point of contact when management is not on duty
Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with purchases, questions, and concerns
Handle cash management tasks, including balancing registers and preparing deposits
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
Assist with training, coaching, and supporting team members
Monitor inventory levels, help with restocking, and report shortages to management
Enforce company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all
Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to take initiative and lead by example
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic math and cash-handling abilities
Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Benefits

Pay Details : $18.00 per hour
