Job Summary :

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Responsibilities :

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
• Implement behavior management techniques to support individuals' emotional and behavioral needs
• Provide direct support in areas such as assisted living, hospice care, and long-term care facilities
• Ensure residents' rights and privacy are respected at all times
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address residents' needs effectively
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided in compliance with HIPAA regulations
