Executive Assistant, Head Of Ceremonies And Content :
Fully manages and represents the office of one C-Suite Executive; inclusive of but not limited to management of their calendar, email inbox, files, and personal and business contacts.
Coordinates and sends meeting invitations and agendas to attendees, prepares meeting materials, books meeting rooms and arranges for IT resources and refreshments in support of a smooth and efficient meeting.
Supports the C-Suite Executive and their leadership team in delivering departmental objectives
Plan extensive travel for C-Suite Executive in accordance with required travel for their other businesses
Manage heavy calendars, including internal and external meetings, as well as demonstrating an understanding for priorities and meetings related to the executive's other businesses
Maintains confidential personal information of C-Suite Executive and ensures information is handled appropriately.
Acts as a communications liaison with Department as required, including composing and sending outgoing responses and teamwide communication on behalf of the C-Suite Executive
Responds to inquiries or refers them to the appropriate destination.
Foster open communication and dialogue with the C-Suite Executive's current employees to ensure efficient scheduling and information management across the executive's businesses
Partner with team members and other colleagues across the organization to provide back-up support when necessary.
Key Responsibilities :
Operating independently, as a self-starter with a hardworking demeanor and an adaptable nature
Digging into and acutely focusing on the details, while demonstrating a natural curiosity for the daily work
Comprehending, analyzing, and effectively summarizing important documents, decks, materials, and conversations
Communicating clearly, succinctly, and effectively, in both speaking and writing.
Knowing when and how to block and tackle for your C-Suite Executive, while remaining approachable and helpful.
Proactively organizing and managing numerous ongoing projects to completion.
Background & Requirements :
At least 2 years experience in a senior executive support level capacity with increasing responsibilities, or 2 years in the sports, live event, or entertainment industries in a demanding role with increasing responsibilities
Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise initiative, tact, sound judgment and prioritization
Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality
Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Demonstrated passion for sports and / or the live entertainment space
Education :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
The annual base salary range for this position is $33.17 - $37.00 / hr. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's operational business needs and applicable law.
