Overview

Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking experienced Senior Systems Administrators to support the Office of Technology Services (OTS) . This role focuses on managing and maintaining enterprise-level systems, software licensing, photogrammetric applications, and CADD / engineering platforms to ensure high system availability, standardization, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level and desk-side support for Photogrammetric Applications such as ImageStation Orthopro, Stereo Display, and Digital Mensuration.
• Manage and support CADD / Engineering Design Software including ArcGIS, MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads, and Bluebeam.
• Support Project Management Software (Bentley ProjectWise) and Raster Products (Bentley Descartes).
• Administer and maintain Plotter Software (ProjectWise Interplot) and integrate plot drivers and devices.
• Manage software license pools for CADD and engineering tools (AutoCAD, Bentley, Bluebeam, Global Mapper, etc.).
• Provide second-level Microsoft OS and desktop support , including workstations, laptops, and peripherals from HP, Lenovo, and Dell.
• Oversee workstation deployments and contribute to server and infrastructure planning.

Bachelor’s in IT / CS / IS / Business (Master’s a plus). 5+ years progressive experience in K–12 technology leadership or engineering. Hands-on with M365 Admin / Intune (Endpoint Manager) and Google Admin / Chromebooks. Familiar with SIS (e.g., PowerSchool / Infinite Campus / Skyward), LMS (Canvas / Schoology / Google Classroom), ERP, and identity / access foundations. Security / compliance chops across FERPA / COPPA / CIPA / SOPPA; policy, training, and audit readiness. Strong vendor management, communication, and project management skills; comfortable leading remotely and after-hours cutovers when needed. Nice to Have : CETL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft / Azure, Google for Education, ITIL; e-rate / budgeting experience; scripting / automation (PowerShell, Google Apps Script).
