Are you a servant leader who is passionate about creating a supportive and nurturing environment for both your team and the people you serve? Do you thrive on problem-solving, tackling challenges head-on, and working with diverse personalities? If you are a natural relationship builder, a self-starter, and someone who can seamlessly adapt to different environments while building meaningful relationships, this role may be the perfect fit for you!

The ideal candidate is a quick-thinking problem solver, self-starter, and an expert in driving sales and occupancy. They will not only support communities in need of sales coverage, but also prepare the sales office for a new team member and assist in onboarding and training the incoming Sales Specialist for 1-2 weeks after they start.
This role will collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Leader and Regional Manager to develop and execute community-specific goals. The Sales Strategist will also play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition by organizing sales offices, refining sales processes, and maintaining momentum until a permanent Sales Specialist is in place.
