Brand And Print Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Brand and Print Solutions Manager to join our team. This dynamic role involves overseeing the sourcing, production, and management of branded merchandise and print solutions for client campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering innovative branding solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, the sales team, and suppliers to ensure that branded products and print materials meet the highest quality standards, are delivered on time, and stay within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Source and manage high-quality branded merchandise, promotional products, and print materials that align with client marketing strategies and branding goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of brand and print projects, coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure all materials are delivered on schedule and meet client specifications.
  • Provide creative input on branded products and print designs, ensuring materials reflect the client's brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee the production of branded merchandise and printed materials, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute proposals, recommend branded products and print solutions, and provide exceptional client support throughout the process.
  • Manage logistics for branded merchandise and print production, ensuring smooth timelines, shipment, and delivery while tracking project progress and resolving any issues or delays.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring completion within agreed financial and time constraints, and adjust plans as needed to accommodate changes or challenges.
  • Maintain detailed records of all projects, including vendor communications, quotes, contracts, and changes to scope, and regularly report progress and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Anticipate and address challenges during the sourcing, production, or delivery phases, offering proactive solutions to keep projects on track and ensure client satisfaction.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Merchandising, or Promotional Item industry.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in the Promotional Item industry is a plus.
  • College education is advantageous.
  • Experience in the Print industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management software like Asana or Trello, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software such as ESP, Sage, or CommonSKU is beneficial.
  • Work Environment

    The role requires you to work 100% onsite from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility for earlier shifts. You will report to multiple managers and work closely with the Project Management and Sales teams. The position involves collaborating with a substantial customer base, and you will be part of a team consisting of 8-10 professionals.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loves Park, Illinois.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
