Are you a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician with a penchant for problem-solving and a knack for technical understanding? This is a permanent position, requiring you to work on the weekend shift. You will be instrumental in ensuring our manufacturing equipment is maintained, supported, and repaired to the highest standard.

Responsibilities :

As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, your main responsibilities will include :

1. Performing routine and preventive maintenance on our manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

2. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, employing your technical understanding and problem-solving skills.

3. Developing, implementing, and adjusting maintenance plans for optimal equipment performance.

4. Ensuring all safety protocols are followed during maintenance and repair work, prioritizing the well-being of the team and the integrity of our equipment.

5. Providing support to the production team, offering technical advice, and assisting in training sessions when necessary.

6. Working with the maintenance team to improve procedures, streamline processes, and enhance overall equipment efficiency.

7. Keeping up-to-date records of all maintenance and repair work for future reference and analysis.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Industrial Technician, or in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.

2. Proven experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.

3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective maintenance plans.

4. Strong mechanical skills and technical understanding, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

5. Knowledge and understanding of basic safety protocols and electrical systems.

6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.

7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and a proactive approach to your work.

8. A relevant technical certification or diploma would be a significant advantage.
