Job Description : Quality Support Specialist

2nd shift

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes by closely monitoring and reporting on daily production activities, inspecting incoming materials, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metal stamping and, preferably, welding abilities.

Responsibilities :

Send out daily reports of any findings.

Distribute daily production build information, including pictures when available.

Perform light rework when applicable.

Inspect incoming frames for quality assurance.

Maintain regular contact with plant personnel regarding findings and potential issues to watch for.

Collaborate with the team to ensure cross-communication and identify potential issues.

Establish and maintain good relationships with the Engineers and Quality Manager to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Communicate any issues to the plant team, preferably before escalation.

Qualifications :

Understanding of metal stamping.

Welding abilities (highly desirable).

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
