Shift : Nights, 6 : 45 PM – 7 : 15 AM

Job Summary :

The Medical Surgical Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) holds shift accountability for providing delegated aspects of direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The LPN demonstrates critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe patient care. Responsibilities include physical assessment and data collection, ADLs, medication administration, peripheral IV therapy, discharge planning, implementation of physician orders, and documentation. Some focus on therapy recovery is included.

Requirements : Active LPN license

BLS certification

Minimum 2 years hospital Med Surg experience

Must be able to provide care similar to Med Surg with focus on inpatient rehab
