CreditAssociates, a successful and rapidly growing consumer financial services company located near Highway 121 and the Dallas North Tollway in Plano, Texas, is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join our Corporate Reporting and Analytics team. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Who You Are :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, or similar.
  • 3+ years of experience in data or related fields.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Passionate about data visualization and storytelling with data.
  • Eager to learn new skills and technologies.

What You'll Need :

  • Experience with SQL (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL), data modeling, data warehousing, and Python.
  • Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and data mining.
  • Curiosity and persistence in learning and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.

  • Developing and maintaining data pipelines for stakeholder needs.
  • Solving complex business problems with high-quality code.
  • Preparing data for visualization and reporting.
  • Gathering data from various sources.
  • Explaining technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Designing and maintaining automated, user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards.
  • Promoting best data practices and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Providing comprehensive documentation.
