Compensation

Minimum Salary : $220,000 USD
Maximum Salary : $300,000 USD

(Base salary only; excludes additional benefits.)

Essential Skills

Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Business Objects, Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense) for dashboards and reporting

Prior experience introducing BI solutions on the Public Cloud and migrating consumption patterns / users to the Cloud

Ability to manage complex migration programs with MD-level interactions across business areas and technology stakeholders

Exposure to Gen AI in the Business Intelligence space

Ability to develop strategies to transform BI Estate and user experience using GenAI and Agents, securing leadership buy-in

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field

8+ years in BI or data analytics roles

Experience in financial services or enterprise-level environments

Certifications in BI tools or cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, AWS Certified Data Analytics)

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in data management

Purpose of the Role

Manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget, and quality requirements.
