- The Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the daily activities of the management and field teams.
- This position is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating office systems, assisting with guest and owner communications, and maintaining a well-organized and professional work environment.
What You'll Do
Manage daily office operations, including supply ordering, scheduling, and vendor coordination.Assist with completing and processing work orders.Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and technology.Assist property managers and field staff with scheduling, documentation, and communication.Onboard new employees with assistance from Human Recourses.Respond to owner inquiries and m aintain owner records in management systems.Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.Maintain updated insurance, licensing, and contract records for all managed properties.Work with our maintenance team to ensure the vehicle fleet is kept up to date.What We're Looking For
Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or related role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Experience in hospitality, property management, or vacation rental industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with property management software is a plus.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Positive, proactive attitude and a team-first mindset.Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required .Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods.Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds regularly; occasionally up to 50 pounds.Comfortable bending, squatting, kneeling, and working at a desk / computer.Compensation & Benefits
