RN Cardiac Surgery ICU (Night Shift)

Location : Tallahassee, FL, 32301

Shift : 12-hr Nights | 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Job Type : Permanent

Guaranteed Hours : (36 hours / week)

Compensation : (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct, high-quality nursing care to post-cardiac surgery patients in a critical care setting
• Monitor and assess patient status continuously and respond to changes in condition with timely interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and provide advanced life support when necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in accordance with hospital standards
• Educate patients and families regarding post-operative care and recovery
• Uphold patient safety and infection control protocols at all times
Qualifications :
• Required :

Minimum 1+ year of ICU or PCU acute care experience

BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)

Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license

If holding a Compact license with 3+ years of RN experience , application for FL license required
