Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with client objectives. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and effectively prioritize multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools. Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field is preferred.

Exciting opportunity for Senior Account Executive to join a dynamic and thriving advertising agency based in Phoenix, AZ, specializing in providing innovative marketing solutions for clients in the healthcare, tourism, and hospitality industries. With a passionate team and a commitment to excellence, the Senior Account Executive will supports clients to achieve business goals through strategic advertising campaigns, creative branding, and digital marketing initiatives.
Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team and take the lead in managing key client relationships within the healthcare, tourism, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a proactive problem-solver, and an exceptional communicator who is passionate about delivering results for our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, and public relations initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and digital departments, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts, and develop strategic proposals and presentations to win new business.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance client campaigns and deliver innovative solutions.
- Manage client budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Qualifications :
Salary Range : $80k –110k (depending on experience)
The Senior Account Executive will be based onsite in the Phoenix, AZ area.
