Position Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Facilities and Grounds Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for assisting in the upkeep, cleanliness, and functionality of our buildings and outdoor grounds. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn a variety of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities : Facilities Maintenance :

• Perform basic repairs such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and patching walls.
• Assist with routine inspections of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical fixtures.
• Support janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restocking supplies.
• Help set up and break down furniture and equipment for meetings or events.
• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
