Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and strengthen long-term partnerships with key clients and manage contract renewals
Lead strategic account planning, including quarterly and annual business reviews
Utilize Salesforce and other tools for lead tracking, opportunity management, and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HR or Talent Acquisition
Proven track record in sales and new business development
Proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools
Experience with data enrichment and conversation intelligence platforms
