A company is looking for a Compliance Assistant to support fundraising operations and ensure financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the fundraising database, ensuring accurate donation records
Conduct internal audits of fundraising data and monitor compliance with regulations
Manage donor inquiries and escalate urgent issues to appropriate staff
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant administrative, compliance, or political operations experience preferred
Experience with CRM systems or fundraising databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
