Lead the Future of Cannabis Manufacturing as a Lead Production Supervisor

Now, we're looking for a Lead Production Supervisor to bring expertise, leadership, and vision to our wholesale production facility.

What You'll Do

As the Lead Production Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our cannabis processing and manufacturing operation. From overseeing daily extraction and infusion activities to driving process improvements and ensuring top-notch compliance, this role is all about making sure our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency. You won't just manage production-you'll lead people, set the tone, and keep the facility running smoothly.

On any given day, you might :

Lead and mentor a team of production technicians, setting them up for success

Oversee extraction, infusion, and production activities with precision and compliance

Monitor production schedules, meet targets, and optimize workflows for efficiency

Enforce quality control standards and ensure all documentation is audit-ready

Serve as the point person during audits and inspections, keeping operations compliant

Manage equipment maintenance and safety protocols to minimize downtime

Collaborate with purchasing, inventory, and QA to keep production seamless

Foster a positive, accountable work culture built on teamwork and safety

What We're Looking For

We want a hands-on leader with the knowledge and drive to make an impact. The ideal candidate is :

Experienced in cannabis production (1–3 years), with at least 1 year in a leadership role

Confident in extraction methods, infusion processes, and compliance standards

Strong in organization and communication-able to lead teams and coordinate across departments

Skilled at problem-solving, with a track record of driving improvements and meeting KPIs

Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to the highest standards of quality

What You'll Need

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

1–3 years of cannabis production experience, with at least 1 year in management

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial setting with PPE

Must meet all state cannabis industry employment requirements, including background check and agent card (if applicable)
