What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with customers to understand their problems and translate requirements into software features.
• Travel or relocate (50+% time) to be near key customer locations when needed.
• Collaborate across disciplines to define and execute backend architectures that deliver performance, reliability, and flexibility.
• Build and maintain data integrations, synchronizing customer data to and from our platform.
• Deploy software onsite, maintain installations, and support operational continuity.
• Develop features in response to customer feedback and actively ensure their satisfaction.
• Create backend systems that can function as independent products, accelerating innovation for users.
