Unleash Your Skills as an Advanced Die Technician

This is a call for innovators and craftsmen passionate about the art of precision engineering. As an Advanced Die Technician, you will blend craftsmanship with technology to develop, alter, and restore sophisticated tooling systems.

Daily Roles

  • Inspect and rigorously test tools, ensuring alignment with detailed quality norms.
  • Engage in the detailed craftsmanship of cutting, shaping, and trimming materials to perfection.
  • Design bespoke jigs and templates to amplify tool manufacturing efficiency and functionality.
  • Utilize expert grinding practices to ensure seamless component functionality.
  • Choose metals and other materials critically to deliver peak performance and durability.
  • Adhere strictly to safety regulations, proactively identifying and addressing risks.
  • Perform additional tasks in line with team objectives.

Capabilities Required

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to comprehend and implement complex instructions.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and precision.
  • Solid organizational skills, managing time effectively.

    • Qualifications Necessary

  • Educational Requirement : High School Diploma
  • Experience : A minimum of two years in the industry.

    • Proficiency in the following areas is expected :

  • Operating manual machining equipment
  • Repairing or setting up tools, dies, and molds
  • Understanding and reading blueprints

    • Familiarity with CAM Software is essential for your role.
