Base pay range

$207,348.00 / yr - $253,425.00 / yr

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Software Platforms & Automation Transformation Sr. Manager you will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams to drive end-to-end platform and automation improvements that align with Solventum's Service Advantage strategy.

• Redefine / vision the end-to-end Service Advantage technical solution to improve customer experience and drive large-scale process efficiency
• Develop a systems / software 3-5 year improvement roadmap aligned with the Service Advantage business strategy
• Drive detailed operational scoping of technical work and prioritize initiatives based on value, building a pipeline of software opportunities toward future state goals
• Partner with IT to lead transformational AI and automation opportunities
• Support a technical continuous improvement culture leveraging system changes and automation opportunities
• Lead the business technical team through thorough requirements documentation and collaborate with Solventum IT to define projects, sizes, plans, and timely, well-scoped improvements
