Roofing Foreman - Per Diem Offered

We are hiring experienced Flat Roof Foremen and Journeymen for a long-term project on a military base in Pensacola, Florida.

The scope includes tear-off, cold apply, and membrane installation over standing seam metal roofs. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and equipped with their own tools.

Foreman : $30 / hour + $100 / day per diem (7 days / week) Journeyman : $27 / hour + $100 / day per diem (7 days / week)

Responsibilities :

• Perform tear-off and cold apply roofing work
• Install membrane systems on standing seam metal roofs
• Lead or assist with daily crew operations (Foreman role)
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
• Track daily progress and report issues as needed
