Regional Sales Manager - West

Sesh Products Sales Manager

Responsible for driving distribution, velocity, and execution of Sesh Products across assigned accounts and distributors. This role will lead sales strategy in-market, manage distributor relationships, and ensure retail execution in convenience, gas, and specialty channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage relationships with chain buyers, distributors, and key independent accounts.
• Drive new distribution, promotional execution, and merchandising compliance.
• Track and report performance through Salesforce and other internal tools.
• Partner with field reps to maximize execution and efficiency across the territory.
• Support trade marketing initiatives, resets, and promotional calendars.
