Construction Manager

A company is looking for a Construction Manager to lead a project management team on diverse construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance and oversight to project managers and job / crew superintendents through site visits

Monitor productivity, budget, and scheduling performance to meet expectations

Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract scope, design, budget, and timeline

Required Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management or similar leadership role

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred

Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and personnel

Skilled in conflict resolution and customer engagement

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
