Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of VIP Sales Associates, providing coaching and training
Own key VIP sales and engagement metrics to drive customer loyalty and revenue growth
Oversee multiple touchpoints in the VIP lifecycle, including reactivation and account management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing a sales or account management team
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and grow high-performing teams
Experience implementing strategies that drive revenue growth and improve efficiency
