Bender Operator | $ 19.00 per hour | 2 nd Shift / Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Bender Operator to join a leading manufacturer of shopping trolleys and luggage trolleys. This position involves operating various machinery to bend, form, and inspect wire and metal components. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC, welding, or metal fabrication and a strong ability to follow procedures. Responsibilities :

  • Load and unload straight or formed wire parts into fixtures
  • Inspect part quality, track part quantity, and record work hours in the MES system
  • Operate punch presses, wire benders, shears, and tube benders
  • Bend materials to form, punch, or flatten sheet and tubular metal
  • Operate automated and robotic welding equipment

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • CNC experience is a plus, especially with lathe setup
  • Welding experience is a plus
  • Must be able to measure and have math skills
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Knowledge of manufacturing systems and procedures

    The base pay range for this position is $ 19.00 , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
