About The Position

As a Neurosurgeon at Covenant HealthCare, responsibilities will include :

  • Performing a full range of cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures
  • Collaborating with neurologists, neurointerventional radiologists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care
  • Interpreting advanced diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, angiograms) to guide clinical decision-making
  • Providing consultations, assessments, and follow-up care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Participating in the teaching and mentoring of medical students, residents, and fellows
  • Delivering patient-centered care with professionalism, empathy, and high surgical standards
  • Practicing at a Level II Trauma Center, with access to advanced facilities and support services
  • Accepting H-1B Visa Only

Job Requirements

  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school.  REQUIRED
  • Board-certified or board-eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Neurosurgery -  REQUIRED
  • no exemptions
  • Active MI license (or in process of obtaining)  - REQUIRED
  • Proven expertise in performing neurosurgical procedures with excellent surgical skills. -   REQUIRED
  • Does provider require H-1B visa support? (H-1B visa only) - (note in additional submission details) -  REQUIRED
