Construction Payroll Analyst
Responsibilities
- Process and review Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) for accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure payment of prevailing wages and fringe benefits in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Monitor and verify apprenticeship labor hour percentages.
- Maintain detailed documentation to demonstrate compliance with IRA labor mandates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external agencies to resolve wage and classification discrepancies.
- Stay current on updates to labor laws, wage determinations, and IRA compliance standards.
Essential Skills
Experience in union payroll processing.Construction industry experienceLCP Tracker experience requiredStrong knowledge of union, labor, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in prevailing wage and payroll processing.Skill in reconciliation and advanced Excel capabilities.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr.
