About The Role

As Senior Producer at Random Golf Club, you’ll operate at the intersection of creative vision and tactical execution. Half your time will be spent hands-on in production - shooting, directing, and line producing world-class golf content. The other half will focus on strategic growth - translating audience insights into content decisions, refining systems that scale, and ensuring our video ecosystem expands reach and consistently delivers organic, shareable, and viral-ready content.

This is a role for a scrappy, ambitious creator who knows YouTube, Meta, and TikTok inside and out, understands golf culture deeply, and wants to help make Random Golf Club the most impactful golf media brand in the world.

What You’ll Do

• Lead production of assigned video projects from pre-production through final delivery.
• Concept and storyboard content with an eye toward what performs best across YouTube and social, tailored to RGC’s audience and platforms.
• Shoot and direct longform and shortform content, operating Sony systems in the field.
• Line produce productions :
• Manage budgets for freelance shooters, editors, graphics, and music.
• Oversee crew scheduling, travel, and location booking.
• Ensure productions stay on time and on budget.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Paid, and Product teams to support brand initiatives with best-in-class video.
• Deliver branded content in partnership with RGC’s Partnerships team, balancing sponsor needs with authentic storytelling.
• Talent & casting : Work with external creators and help identify and develop future RGC on-screen talent for franchises.
• Define KPIs across organic initiatives; implement tracking, reporting, and iteration systems.
• Deliver performance insights to leadership with clear recommendations for growth.
• Capture event content alongside the Events team to create marketing and social assets.
• Stay ahead of trends and evaluate how new tech - including AI tools - can streamline workflows and elevate quality
