Job Summary

A Restoration Technician is responsible for handling new and on-going claims which include initial job site inspections, performing structural drying, demolition, clean-up, water extraction, mold remediation and fire restoration. Because serving others after a disaster has struck their property is not easy, you must have a compassionate, empathetic and caring attitude to show our customers that they are a priority. You must have a top-notch work ethic and ability to work both independently and with a team. Attention to detail is key because short-cuts is not what we do. At Rytech Restoration, we take our business seriously while delivering outstanding service to our customers and our industry partners. Requirements

Experience in Water / Fire / Mold Remediation and IICRC Certifications is helpful. Construction background is required

• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis up to 50-100 lbs.
• Valid driver's license (3+ years of driving experience).
• Clean background check back to age 18.
• Willingness / ability to work some weekends and night hours as we are an Emergency 24 / 7 / 365 Service. Typically, one week on call per month.
• Mica experience is a plus!
• Complete work with a servant's heart, great customer service and the ability to work a team.

Responsibilities

Compensation : $37,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year.
