Account Executive

About the Role
We’re hiring a driven Account Executive with strong full-cycle B2B SaaS experience and a track record of exceeding targets.
This role is ideal for a high-trajectory sales professional who’s ready to step up — someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, values learning from experienced leadership, and wants to make an impact in the healthcare technology space.
You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working closely with leadership to drive adoption of AI-powered software used by thousands of healthcare providers nationwide.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and close $50K – $100K ACV mid-market deals with Directors and senior clinical decision-makers.
- Conduct 5–10 new demos per week , converting pilots into long-term partnerships.
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, positioning the platform as a must-have partner for clinics.
- Clearly communicate value, tailor messaging to customer needs, and drive adoption through education and insight.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine GTM strategy, messaging, and playbooks.
- Serve as the voice of the customer , providing structured feedback to product and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, disciplined pipeline management, and consistent reporting to ensure predictable growth.
Quota : $1.25M annually, reviewed quarterly.
Ramp schedule : 40% → 70% → 100% over three quarters.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of full-cycle, closing experience in B2B SaaS (mid-market preferred).Proven record of meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level buyers.Demonstrated career growth and a clear upward trajectory.Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.) is a plus.Grit, coachability, and curiosity — someone who embraces feedback and executes quickly.Why Join
