Landscape Foreperson – Akron, OH

Pay Range : $22.00 / hour – $25.00 / hour + Sign On Bonus

Company Information : BruZiv Landscaping LLC is a locally owned full-service landscaping / snowplowing company serving the Cuyahoga Falls / Akron, Ohio and Mentor, Ohio area. We are looking to add a dedicated, experienced, reliable, and hardworking landscaping / snow plowing foreperson who can direct a crew and has knowledge of landscaping tools, terms, and expectations. The successful candidate will be eligible to receive a sign on bonus totaling $500.00, paid in two parts : $250.00 after 6 months and $250.00 after 1 year of service.

Our services include but are not limited to lawn maintenance, landscaping, hardscaping, and snow / ice management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead a crew of 2-4 crew members in landscaping, hardscaping, and snow / ice management projects
• Operate and oversee landscaping machinery and tools
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of work
• Provide excellent customer service and on-site communication
• Coordinate daily scheduling, equipment needs, and crew assignments
• Maintain a clean driving record and comply with company policies
