Journeyman HVAC Installer

Aire Serv of Fargo is seeking a Journeyman HVAC Installer.

This installation role includes mostly residential and some light commercial work.

Help deliver customer’s heating and cooling needs by providing quality system installations including Split Systems, Duct Work, Air Handlers, Furnaces, Condensers, thermostats, IAQ products, smart home devices and more.

Pay Range :

• $28.00 to $37.00 per hour Schedule : Monday through Thursdays, some Fridays as needed   What You’ll Do : Inspire and lead your team to deliver exceptional HVAC installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for efficient planning.
• Install HVAC systems to code and manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure peak performance.
• Work with contractors and team members to complete jobs on time.
• Educate customers on system operation and maintenance.

Ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations.  Required Skills and Experience :

Ability to work in awkward and / or confined spaces, lift heavy materials and tools up to 60 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.  Benefits :
