Occupational Health / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant  needed for a  full-time, temp contract  opportunity with Yoh's very well-known client located in Sunnyvale, CA.  Potential for temp-to-hire. Start ASAP until about the end of December 2025 with potential for extension.

This clinic offers occupational and primary care services for employees of a large corporation, including their families ages 2+..

SHIFTS : Monday - Friday 10 : 00am to 7 : 00pm

Top Skills You Should Possess :

• Active / unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in state of California
• Current prescription authority required and DEA
• Minimum (2) years' experience as a provider within Occupational / Employee Health, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Corrections, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice type setting
