Job Description
Warehouse Superintendent East Plant - Decatur, IL This is Salary Exempt position. Description : The Warehouse supervisor leads all aspects of MRO inventory warehouse operations, which includes, safe operations, receiving, stocking, issuing, cycle counting, GMP adherence, parts repair, and deliveries. In addition, this role will facilitate new item requests and stock additions to the storeroom. Job Summary : Provides direct daily supervision to ensure efficient operation of warehouse activities. Implement processes and systems to ensure that DCD is following best practices throughout multiple disciplines. Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Plan, organize, and prioritize time to meet tasks and deadlines. Mentor, engage and provide guidance as necessary to employees. Provide recommendations to management on initiatives to improve warehouse operations Review current SOPs / Guidelines and modify as necessary to eliminate inefficiencies in normal operations of the warehouse. Working Conditions :
Spring / Summer : Temperatures in some areas of the facility will be up to or exceed 100 degrees
Spring / Summer : Outside temperature may be up to or exceed 100 degrees with potential for high humidity; may be exposed to inclement weather conditions including, but not limited to, rain and wind
Physical Requirements :
Lifting or carrying of weights over fifty (50) pounds is rare; employees are encouraged to request assistance in lifting or carrying objects that weigh more than fifty (50) pounds

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between :
$70,400.00 - $131,600.00
