Job Title

Job Description

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Process orders, deliveries, and returns accurately using internal systems.

Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary.

Maintain organized records and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in basic computer systems and data entry.

Commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

This role operates primarily in an office environment, with occasional exposure to plant conditions during tours, which may include proximity to mechanical equipment, varying temperatures, and elevated noise levels.

Competitive base salary $49,900 - $58,630
