Position : RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in Edmond, Oklahoma — earn up to ($2046 - $2154 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Collaborate with medical team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to physicians.
Adapt to high-pressure situations and make quick, informed decisions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for effective treatment.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Utilize medical equipment and technology effectively in patient care.
Engage in performance reviews to enhance personal and professional growth.
Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care.
Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Experience / Qualifications
Valid RN license in the state of Oklahoma.
Minimum of 2 years experience in ER nursing.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Strong ability to work under pressure in emergency situations.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a medical team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions quickly.
Proficiency in using medical technology and equipment.
Familiarity with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
