Salary : $50,000 base salary + commission

AtSewer Cleaning Company, we dont just keep pipes clear we keep communities running smoothly. As we expand,We are seeking a motivated and ambitiousAccount Manager B2B Sales to join our team.

Our clients include HOAs, property management firms, industrial facilities, school districts, and municipalities. If you thrive on connecting with people and providing solutions that make a difference, we want to hear from you.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with HOAs, municipalities, and commercial clients
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell services such as vacuum truck, jetting, and lining solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and renewals
  • Track client activity in the CRM system and collaborate with service teams to ensure satisfaction
  • What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience inB2B account management or sales
  • Background in service industries (plumbing, facilities management, or utilities) is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid drivers licensewith the ability to travel to client sites
  • Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal generation
  • Experience in long-term client retention or territory expansion
  • Knowledge of industrial, commercial, or municipal service operations

  • Struggle with managing multiple accounts or maintaining consistent follow-up
