Senior Staff Attorney (Santa Rosa)

Trustpoint.One is looking for a Senior Staff Attorney for our AmLaw client inone of the following locations : Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Palo Alto . This is a full-time , direct hire , and hybrid role, so candidates will need to be able to commute to their office several days a week.

The Sr. Staff Attorney will support large litigation and regulatory matters in the discovery phase and will primarily work with eDiscovery, AI, and Information Governance practice groups.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant eDiscovery experience in Am Law 100 or 200 firm environments, or major eDiscovery consulting background.
• Experience working at all phases of the EDRM .
• Active bar license, in good standing, in any of the following jurisdictions in which candidate resides : DC, NY, CA or MA.
• Litigation experience including discovery.
• Ability to work under pressure and a willingness to work additional hours and help others with deadline intensive projects.
• Strong working knowledge of e-discovery document review projects and typical workflows.
• Experience with document review platforms such as Relativity, Nuix Discover, or other similar; strong experience with Excel.
