Job Description
Coordinate and manage daily field operational objectives, timelines, and goals. Monitor the overall progress of a project and work site, review processes and practices within teams to ensure consistency, efficiency and quality of delivery. Participate in the monitoring of the project schedule and budget and work with Senior Superintendents to maintain and update. Manage the safety of a job site by abiding to all OSHA and company regulations and best practices. Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications. Manage / conduct MEP pre-Installation meetings. Verify and document that all materials installed for the project are accurate. Act as a liaison between the different trades requiring power, water, conditioned air to complete their work. Assist with planning of work in relation to phased work and / or flow of work for the project as it relates to mechanical systems. Assist with reviewing cost of work related to RFI's and change orders for mechanical work. Assist with reviewing RFI's submitted by MEPF contractors to ensure they are complete. Assist with as-builts, which should be maintained throughout the construction. Review systems with each of the trades to test / troubleshoot / start-up any specialty systems. Review TAB reports for completeness and accuracy.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of leadership experience within a mechanical-focused role. Experience on large mission-critical projects is required (Healthcare, Laboratory, Data Center, etc.). Ability to work with software such as ProCore. OSHA Certification required. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Willing to learn & grow within the company. Willingness to travel as projects demand.
