Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to manage service delivery relationships
Drive client satisfaction through coordination and communication of deliverables
Maintain up-to-date project status records and demonstrate leadership in delivering project objectives
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in project management within eDiscovery or litigation support
Proven success in managing multiple simultaneous projects
Strong client relationship skills with the ability to manage expectations
Understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review
Availability to work extended hours as needed for project demands
