Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and process new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers, and distributions
Analyze and process complex new business and service transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Provide quality customer service and maintain professional relationships with field professionals and internal business units
Required Qualifications
High School diploma with 1-2 years of related experience
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and applicable financial reporting tools
Ability to work day and / or evening shifts based on volume forecasts
