Premier Investment Solutions is seeking a Home Buying Specialist to help expand our business. In this high-impact role, you will manage acquisition activity from initial contact through closing, working with motivated sellers and uncovering value in off-market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively initiate contact with property owners via phone, text, and other channels to identify potential acquisitions.
• Research and evaluate off-market properties to align with investment criteria.
• Present purchase offers in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
• Manage the acquisition cycle — from lead outreach to contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records along with help from administrative staff, track basic KPIs, and provide updates on deal status during team meetings.
• Problem-solve challenges related to title and inspections along with help from administrative staff.
• Solve seller objections within a structured acquisitions process.

What You Bring

Background in real estate , sales , customer relations , or business development (real estate license is NOT required).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you are confident, personable, and persuasive.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage your time, leads, and goals independently.

A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic deal structures and seller motivations.

Has the ability to use CRMs and communication tools effectively.

Positive, coachable, and aligned with a team that values integrity, discipline, and performance.

Compensation & Benefits

First-year earnings potential : $87,000 - $95,000 (performance-based)
