ENT Physician - Manitowoc / Sheboygan, WI

Froedtert ThedaCare Health, Inc, a highly successful non-profit health system, is seeking a Full-time BE / BC Otolaryngologist physician to work in Manitowoc, and Sheboygan, WI.

• 1.0 FTE - 35 patient contact hours
• 50 / 50 split between Manitowoc and Sheboygan
• Clinic is Monday-Friday 8a-5p (flexible start and finish times)
• Call is no greater than 1 : 3
• Currently a solo practice with room for growth with an APC
• Physician has a team of clinical staff to support high producing practice.  Audiologists (2) support ENT and their own practice.  Collaborative care model.
• Current provider is very busy.  Opportunity to develop further a successful, established practice.
